Studio Environment

Uniquity Pilates & Training, located in New London, NH, offers 50 minute small group classes, private and semi-private training options in a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home, regardless of skill level, age, or body type. With a wide range of equipment, including Reformer, Springboard, Trapeze Tower, Combo Chair, and Ped-O-Pull, you will experience results that are aligned with your personal training goals. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

  • Payment is required upon booking.

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled class and you may reschedule immediately. If there is no class available, please email the studio for priority booking for your chosen class (day/time) for the following month.

  • No refunds, but purchased classes are redeemable for 3 months from the purchase date

  • No shows and late cancels will be charged (within 24 hours)

    • We must enforce this policy in order to keep the studio open. It is an unfortunate reality of being a small studio in a small town. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Offerings

Small Group Classes

FORM

Master the fundamentals of pilates. Movements will be broken down to gain a better understanding of how each exercise should impact your body. Transitions between exercises will be slower, allowing for time to learn positions and settings. Work on balance, stability, mobility, core strength and body awareness. Ideal for those new to pilates, recovering from injuries or illnesses, or those who have additional mobility issues. 

FLOW

Work on toning, stability, mobility, balance and strengthening your core. Participants should be familiar with the reformer and other equipment and be able to make setting adjustments independently. Faster paced than FORM, and includes more challenging sequences with a bit of intensity. Designed for those familiar with pilates and its equipment. 

FIRE

Meet the challenge and feel the burn! Total body routines that help develop strong, sleek muscle tone. Quicker movements, higher reps, more resistance, targeted exercises. More intense than FLOW. Best suited for those very experienced in pilates and with a history of regularly working out. 

FOUR

This circuit class is designed around four stations bridging a variety of equipment to independently master the principles of Pilates. Participants must have experience with comprehensive Pilates programming and require instructor permission.

FORM, FLOW, FIRE and FOUR- $35 per class

FLOR

Bring your pilates practice to the floor for our challenging classical-based mat class. Strengthen your powerhouse, improve your posture and increase your body awareness. Mat classes enhance your overall pilates practice and are a great complement to reformer classes. Ideal for everyone - every exercise can be modified to increase or decrease the level of challenge. 

FLOR - $20 per class

FLEX

Lengthen and strengthen. Increase mobility and flexibility and stabilize all parts of your body. Use your body weight to master your functional fitness. Take some deep breaths and help loosen those tight muscles. Ideal for everyone at every fitness level.

FLEX - $30 per class

This 45 minute session provides you the opportunity to experience Pilates equipment, learn more about the studio offerings, and share your fitness goals and concerns. We will recommend a training plan based on our discussion and our observations that aligns with your unique needs. There is no obligation to purchase additional sessions at this time.

Privates/Duets/Triplets

Private sessions, duets or triplets are available on a limited basis. Please contact the studio for more information.

Functional Fitness for Every Body

  • Have you had surgery and don't feel like you've bounced back as well as you would like?

  • Do you want to improve your overall fitness level but need some help?


    Then Functional Fitness for Every Body is for you!

    Assessment - It starts with a one on one (or couple) body and movement assessment, followed by a private workout. At the end of the session you will receive an individualized exercise program to perform at home. Contact the studio to sign up.

I’ve been doing Pilates for over 15 years at studios in various cities including Seattle, Tucson, Denver and New York, and Stephanie’s Pilates classes are up there as some of my favorites. Every class is different and challenging. Stephanie is welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. She manages to guide everyone in the class through a dynamic full body workout while seamlessly providing corrections and modifications throughout class, making the workout accessible to students of all abilities and backgrounds, something not every instructor is able to do.

Open Studio Program - NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.

Open Studio is an individized program that allows clients to take ownership of their own practice. The concept goes back to Joseph Pilates’ original studio format, when clients were taught exercises and flows and they practiced in between their private sessions.

The Open Studio Program is made up of three componets:

  • 30 Minute 1:1 Sessions for Program Progressions and Technique Development (Recommeneded at least 1x a month)

  • Small Group Practice Sessions: (Recommended attendance 1-2x per week)

  • Independent Practice: (Recommended if attending Small Group Practice only 1x per week)

Important: Regular practice/attendance is essential for Open Studio Sucess!

Participation in Open Studio requires an initial investment of at least FIVE 50 Minute private sessions to create an individualized program. Our goal is to move you into classes as Quickly as Possible, while ensuring your safety and understanding of the equipment.
